Terms of Use

Order Booking Confirmation

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message via your registered Email and Whatsapp.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp, please reach out to Customer Support to verify that your order has been successfully placed.

For Domestic Orders

Dispatch Time:
All orders will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Time:
Delivery time varies based on the location, ranging from 1 to 10 days from dispatch.

Shipping Charges:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India.

Tracking and Delivery:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/ SMS/ Whatsapp. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues:
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, you could contact our Customer Support team for any assistance.

Note: For pre-orders during Product Launch, the dispatch start date will be specified on the respective product page, and these orders will be shipped in batches within 7 working days from the specified date.

For International Orders

Dispatch Time:
Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times for international orders may vary and are subject to customs clearance, import regulations, and other factors. Typically, shipping will be completed within 45 days from the dispatch date.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Customs and Duties:
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or clearance procedures.

Tracking and Delivery:
International orders will include tracking information once dispatched. For any issues regarding international shipping, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping times may be affected by festivals, long holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods as delivery times may be extended.

For International Orders

We do not ship our Dosa Chef products in our Kitchen Mate Series (Dosa Chef, Snack Chef) overseas at this point in time as we are currently setting up our service centers across the globe.

Note: We are also in the process of making product-related changes and obtaining the required certifications to meet the electrical parameters as applicable for use in respective countries where we intend to market these products.

Returns and Replacement Policy

Within India:

  • Product once sold cannot be taken back unless it has a manufacturing defect/ transit damage.
  • Repairs or replacement of the Dosa Chef or its components will be provided as necessary, at the company's discretion, ensuring that any issues are resolved effectively.
  • Note: Manufacturing defects will be covered under 18 months of warranty.
  • Repairs or replacement of the Snack Chef or its components will be provided as necessary, at the company's discretion, ensuring that any issues are resolved effectively.
  • Note: Manufacturing defects will be covered under 12 months of warranty.

Cancellation of Kitchen Mate products is not possible during any stage after Order confirmation.

The terms and conditions of other VB DACE product ranges will NOT apply for the Kitchen Mate Series.

In the case of transit damages, please refer to the Transit damage section below in the Kitchen Mate Series.

Warranty

Transit Damages:
If you receive a damaged product or notice any transit damage, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the product. To help us address the issue, kindly provide photos, video, and a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support team via email or WhatsApp. We will review the information and take appropriate action, which may include repairing or replacing the product at our discretion.

Warranty Coverage:

  • The Coco Chef comes with a 12 months limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use.
  • The Dosa Chef comes with a 18 months limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use.
  • The Snack Chef comes with a 12 months limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual and demo video.
  • Normal wear and tear, physical damage of the product, cosmetic damage, and issues caused by external factors such as power surges will not be covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service:
To claim warranty service, please contact our Customer Support* with proof of purchase and order ID. If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at our discretion.

Authorized Service:

  • All repairs and service must be conducted by our authorized service centers. Using unauthorized service providers will void the warranty.
  • If product is out of warranty then defective component/ components shall be repaired or replaced on a chargeable basis. Cost for the same will be informed prior to acceptance of the job by our authorized service centers.

  • The product demonstration video of Coco Chef is available on vbdace.com/kitchen-mate/coco-chef/video. Additionally, the QR code on the product and its packaging will direct you to the demonstration video.
  • The product demonstration video of Dosa Chef is available on vbdace.com/kitchen-mate/dosa-chef/video. Additionally, the QR code on the product and its packaging will direct you to the demonstration video.
  • The product demonstration video of Snack Chef is available on vbdace.com/kitchen-mate/snacks-chef/video. Additionally, the QR code on the product and its packaging will direct you to the demonstration video.
  • Physical demonstrations of the product will be available at the VB DACE Experience Centers during our working hours.*
  • Demonstrations at the customer’s location upon purchase of the product are available on a chargeable basis. The fee is INR 500 per visit.
