At LITE by VB DACE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you received has any manufacturing defects or transit damages, we offer returns within a 3-day window. Please review our Return Policies in full before requesting a refund.

Eligibility Criteria

Returns or refunds are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. To qualify, the issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Eligibility Period

You can return any product within three days of receiving it, in case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Refund Type

Refunds will be provided only as Store Vouchers equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging, the store voucher will be emailed to you within 5 working days.

These vouchers are valid for 365 days and can be redeemed for a single order, which may include multiple products. However, the voucher cannot be split or used across multiple orders.
NOTE: Cash refunds are not possible under any circumstances

Used products are not eligible for return. Please ensure items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging condition.
